Hub
Where you land: ask the agent, check its sources, and pick up threads.
Where you land
Hub opens first. Your team starts in its own workspace, named after your organization. A client starts in their own Client Space. Switching workspaces switches the threads you see, so one client’s conversation never sits beside another’s.
Answers you can use
Ask in plain words. Depending on the question, the answer comes as text, a table, a bar or line chart, a part-to-whole chart, a calculator, a flowchart or an interactive diagram.
Sources you can check
Sources are numbered. Each citation opens the exact words it came from, in the version that was used. Citations are checked again every time an answer loads, so if a file is unshared, moved to Trash or no longer reachable, it drops out of old answers too.
The assistant on every page
On Calendar and Bin, press Ctrl or Cmd + J to open the assistant beside your work. It is the same agent with the same history and confirmations, focused on that page’s tools, and the thread continues in Hub. On Hub, the same shortcut brings the message box forward.
Talking instead of typing
Dictate turns speech into text you can edit before sending. Talk opens a spoken conversation, and Listen reads any saved answer aloud. The voice guide covers both.
