A client space has its own members, files, and memory. A viewer can use the agent. They cannot edit it, and they cannot see the next client.

A version is a snapshot. Linked spaces pick it up. Their files stay where they were. If a publish was wrong, roll it back.

ARSI proposes, predicts, selects, evaluates, learns, and retains. A weaker suite score does not publish. Approval is the default.

The organization has a home workspace. Each client gets another, scoped by organization id.
Usage is metered. One credit is one dollar of model cost at list price, plus margin on managed calls.
Invites, role changes, and publishes are events. Viewers do not read the log.
A measured improvement loop. Suggestions wait for a person, and a weaker eval score does not publish.
Presets, cloned voices that stay in the organization, and calls that say they are recorded.
Auto-route starts at the cheapest model in the tier. Pin one when the work needs a specific lab.
Cursor, Claude Code, and similar tools call a per-space MCP endpoint with a hashed API key.
