Coaches
Each client keeps their notes. The program is shared.
Fitness, health, sports, and life coaches repeat a way of working: a plan, a check-in, the questions that open a session. That program can live on one agent. Jordan – marathon prep, Priya – strength, and Sam – life coaching each get a client space, so one person's training, goals, and session notes stay with that person. The agent holds the program. It does not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice.
The names on these pages are examples, so a space can be shown without using a real client's work.
Three client spaces sit apart. The coach's program can reach each one. Training, goals, and session notes stay with the client they were written for.
A check-in for Jordan – marathon prep reads the plan in that space.
Private space
The program can get sharper once. A client's training, goals, and session notes stay in their space.
One notebook for every client
Training logs, goals, and session notes from three clients sit in one thread. The next check-in can quote the wrong person.

A reply can mix one client's notes into another's plan.
A private space for each client
The agent follows the coach's program. It reads the training, goals, session notes, and chat in that client's space.

Improve the program once
Tighten a check-in, a warm-up, or the questions you ask. Publish that version. Every linked client picks it up, and you can roll it back if the publish was wrong. What each client keeps does not move. The agent can hold the program. It does not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice.

What changes
01
Each client has a private space
Training, goals, and session notes are kept apart. One client's record is not opened for the next.
02
The program is edited once
A better question or plan publishes to every linked client. Their files stay where they were.
03
Health details stay with the client
What one person told the coach is not retrieved for someone else. The product does not turn those notes into a diagnosis.
A fit when
- A coach runs one program with more than one client
- Session notes should never cross between people
- The method should improve without copying files by hand
