Proposal
Trial is three days, ten credits, no card. Solo is $20 for 20 credits and 3 client spaces. Practice is $80 for 96 credits and 15 spaces. Firm is $250 for 321 credits and unlimited spaces. A top-up is ten credits for $10. Seats are unlimited. These numbers live in one config file and are not final.
What works today
Creating an organization writes a trial grant into the credit ledger. Admins can start a plan, which replaces the balance with that plan's credits, or add the ten-credit reserve. Chat and scheduled runs spend one credit and stop at zero. With STRIPE_SECRET_KEY, Checkout and the customer portal open at Stripe. Credits from a card land when STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET verifies invoice.paid or a paid top-up session.
