Calendar
Connect your calendars and let the assistant prepare changes you confirm.
Connect a calendar
Calendar connects to the accounts you already use. Calendars sync every ten minutes.
- Google and Microsoft 365 sign in through their own consent screens. Some company Microsoft accounts need an admin to approve Acumane once.
- iCloud works both ways, using your Apple ID email and an app-specific password, never your Apple ID password. It never sends invitations.
- A subscribed calendar feed is read-only. It is shown and checked for clashes, never written.
Changes wait for you
The assistant can read your calendars, find a free hour or focus time, and propose a new meeting, a move or a cancellation. Each proposal becomes a review card. Nothing is written to Google, Microsoft or iCloud until you confirm that exact card, and a card expires after 15 minutes.
What clients see
Private events show as Busy. In a Client Space, only busy times are visible, never the details of your other meetings.
Defaults
New calendars start with working hours, 30-minute meetings and at least 60 minutes’ notice.
