What speaks
Harbor, Fieldnote, and Northwind are Acumane timbres. They are not recordings of a person. A cloned voice is stored for one organization and stays unusable until the owner's consent recording matches the script. Chatterbox-Turbo can perform tags such as [laugh] and [chuckle]. Perth watermarking stays on for real Chatterbox audio. A machine without the model plays a tone with a development marker.
Calls
The first thing spoken is an AI disclosure. The person placing the call confirms the number. An admin approves each call unless that default is turned off. Quiet hours, a do-not-call list, and rate limits can block the dial. The phone account is the customer's own Twilio account. Acumane does not meter telephone minutes. Without that connection, approval runs a simulated call that still stores a transcript, a recording, and an ARSI task result. The setup steps are in Phone setup.
