AcuHub
Ask your workspace. Get the answer in the shape it needs.
A table when you compare, a chart when you track, a calculator when you decide.
AcuHub is the Hub page in Acumane. Owners, teammates and clients ask about their own work in plain words, typed or spoken. Hub reads what the workspace already knows, chooses how to show the answer, checks the numbers, and shows where they came from.
8 shapes
Text, a table, three kinds of chart, a calculator, a flowchart or an explainer
Your thread
A Hub thread belongs to the person who started it, in a space they can see
Checked
Totals and shares are computed by Acumane, and the summary must match them
Sealed
Generated explainers run with no network, cookies or storage
How it works
From a question to an answer you can use
Every Hub question takes the same five steps, whether it was typed in Hub, spoken, or asked from the assistant on Calendar or Bin.
- 1
Who and where
Hub checks your session, your membership and your role first. A thread is yours, in a space you can see. Anyone else, a client in the same space included, gets “not found”.
- 2
What it reads
The space’s agent answers with its published method. It recalls the space’s memory against this question, reads the notes and Office files you uploaded, finds Bin passages you are allowed to open, and can see the rows and values of earlier Hub answers, so “chart that” knows what “that” holds.
- 3
Which shape
A routing model picks one of eight shapes, and says whether the question needs current facts from the web. If it can’t decide, Acumane’s own rules choose, and “Why this view” tells you which happened.
- 4
The checks
Rows must line up, values must be real numbers, formulas must parse, and every source number must point to something this turn actually read. A figure with no source behind it is labeled illustrative. A failed check gets one repair, then Hub answers in plain text and says so.
- 5
Your next move
Ask a follow-up with the rows, points or inputs you selected. Revise an answer into a new version while the old one stays. Save it to the space’s memory, as a workspace note, or to Bin.
Eight shapes
The answer takes the form that reads fastest
Tables, charts and calculators are Acumane’s own components filled with checked data, not code a model wrote. Only flowcharts and explainers are generated, and they run sealed off from everything else.
Text
Streams with all the agent’s tools
Table
Up to 12 columns and 200 rows
Bar chart
Points you can select and ask about
Line chart
A values table one tap away
Part to whole
Acumane computes the shares and total
Calculator
Formulas checked, errors shown, never NaN
Flowchart
Drawn in a sealed frame with no network
Explainer
Interactive, and asks before it acts
In detail
Built to be trusted with client work
From your own workspace
Answers draw on the space’s memory, your notes, Office files and Bin, and when the agent has web search on, a single read of the web. Numbered sources sit under the answer.
Numbers that agree
If the summary quotes a number the table or chart does not show, Hub replaces the summary with one built from the answer’s own values.
Explainers in a sealed frame
Flowcharts and interactive explainers run in a frame with no access to your page, cookies or the network. A follow-up or a link it suggests waits for you to confirm it outside the frame.
Actions you confirm
Saving to memory or as a note asks you first, is checked against your role on the server, runs once even if you click twice, and is recorded in the activity log.
Follow up and revise
Each answer is kept as it was. Revise makes a second version that names the first, and saved calculator inputs check for changes so two tabs can’t overwrite each other.
Speak instead of typing
Talk to Hub and hear the answer while it is still being written. The same assistant opens on Calendar and Bin, with the same permissions.
Works together
Hub, Calendar and Bin share one agent
They are three pages of the same workspace. The assistant is the same agent with the same permissions on each, and you can open it from any of them with Ctrl or ⌘ and J.
Hub to Calendar
Ask Hub to find an hour or move a meeting. It prepares a review card in Calendar, and nothing changes until you confirm it there.
Hub and Bin
“Save to Bin” keeps one answer, visible to your team only. Hub answers cite the Bin passages the person asking is allowed to open.
Calendar to Bin
A meeting pack gathers the files for one of your events, and notes saved after the meeting land beside them.
Plainly stated
What is not built yet
Hub does a few things deliberately less than other tools, and some are still to come.
- Maps and 3D in explainers. The sealed frame loads no libraries and reaches no network.
- Hub answers in a space’s shared chat. Hub threads are private to the person who asked.
- Partial revisions. Revising an answer redraws all of it.
- Starter questions that adapt to your notes. They are fixed for owners, staff and clients.
- Downloading an explainer as a file, because it would then run outside the seal.
