What the product is meant to store
Account email and name, organization membership, invitations, client-space files and memory, conversation content, and a credit ledger. Client content is supposed to stay inside its space. This deployment may be a local or preview database with none of that data.
What is not decided
The legal entity, the retention schedule, the subprocessors under contract, international transfer terms, and a contact for privacy requests are open. Do not treat the brand file's placeholder entity as a company that can receive a legal notice.
Cookies and analytics
Auth.js will set a session cookie after sign-in. Product analytics are not loaded unless a PostHog key is configured, and this release does not start that client.
