Automations

Describe a routine in plain words. It is checked and tested before it is saved.

   Describe it

   Type or say what should happen and when. The agent drafts the automation from your words. You can also start from a template: client update, morning briefing, follow-ups, monthly report, meeting prep, deadline watch, research digest or client check-in.

2. 02

   Check and test

   Before saving, Check and test looks at the timing, time zone, space, agent and instructions, then does a test run where nothing is saved or sent, and the agent reviews the result. Only a draft that passed can be saved.

3. 03

   Schedules

   Schedules are written in plain words and kept in local time, so they hold across daylight saving. An automation runs at most hourly, with intervals of 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 or 12 hours.

4. 04

   When a run fails

   Each run saves a conversation in its space. After a failed run, Fix with the agent proposes a change. It never applies the fix by itself, and the fix is tested again before you save it.
