Coaches

Your practice, with a room per client

Coaches sell a way of paying attention. Acumane lets that way of working sit in an agent, while each client's notes, goals, and history stay in a workspace that other clients never enter.

Notes are not a prompt library

Session notes are client data. They live in the space. The coaching method lives on the agent and can be improved without opening those notes.

Clients want to continue between sessions

A viewer can talk to the agent about their own goals. The conversation is theirs. Your other clients are not in the room.

The method can get sharper

When a question works, you publish it. Linked spaces receive the new version. Old conversations remain.

  1. 1. Write the stance

Instructions cover tone, what the agent must not invent, and when it should tell the client to wait for you.

  2. 2. Open the client space

Invite them. Keep knowledge files that are general on the agent, and personal files in the space.

  3. 3. Review before you publish

Draft and published versions are separate, so a half-written change does not reach clients.
