Other ways to reuse an expert
These pages compare categories of tools and habits. They are not a scoreboard against a named product.
A shared chat is one room
A single assistant thread is a fine scratchpad. It is a poor place to keep two clients. Everything you paste lives in the same history, and nothing you improve is a version the next engagement receives on purpose.
A bot per client does not stay in sync
Cloning a custom bot for every account feels like isolation. It is also a pile of copies. The day you fix a mistake, you fix it once, in one copy, and hope you remember the others.
A DIY bot skips the workspace
A retrieval bot in front of a folder is a reasonable prototype. It rarely grows invitations, roles, versioned publish, per-client memory, or an audit log, because those are the product, not a prompt.
Another analyst does not scale the method
Hiring help is the right move when you need judgment you do not have. It is a slow way to reuse judgment you already have. An agent carries the repeatable part. People still own the exceptions.
